Shipping policy

All packing materials can either be recycled or composted! Woolly Wildflower is committed to a plastic-free future by drastically reducing plastic use today. No plastic is used in packaging of products (with the exception of bath bombs and the clear window of silk fiber boxes), and compostable/biodegradable plastics are used when available. Please remember to remove labels before composting packaging! Best practices are always used to reduce the environmental impact of creating hand made artisan products. Priority is always given to domestic producers and certified organic is the highest priority given to suppliers.

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail within 2 business days of payment. (Monday through Friday are designated as business days.) These parcels all include delivery confirmation. 

If you would like to insure your parcel at carrier cost, please add that option to your shipping options at checkout. **Woolly Wildflower is not responsible for lost, misdirected, damaged, or delayed parcels once they have been left in the care of a shipping service. Insurance covers these unlikely events, and is recommended if there is trouble receiving packages in your delivery area.**
